Tatvamasi : Lord Ayyappa : DharmaSastha

In the ancient Hindu scriptures, there is a profound and timeless teaching referred to as "Tatvamasi" which translates to "That thou art" in English. This simple yet profound statement encapsulates the essence of Advaita Vedanta philosophy, emphasizing the ultimate oneness of all existence.

"Tatvamasi" reminds us that at our core, we are not separate individuals, but rather interconnected beings, united with the divine and the entire cosmos. It teaches us to look beyond the superficial differences that divide us and recognize the underlying unity that binds us all together.

Dharmasastha: The Embodiment of Justice and Dharma

Dharmasastha, also known as Ayyappa or Lord Ayyappan, is a revered deity who is deeply rooted in the Hindu mythology and traditions. As the son of Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu in his Mohini form, Dharmasastha embodies the harmonious convergence of the masculine and feminine energies. Whichever form he takes, he portrays the essence of righteousness, justice, and dharma.

18 Steps Padi Significance - The Significance of the 18 Steps in Ayyappa WorshipThe 18 steps, also known as the Pathinettam Padi, hold immense significance in the worship of Lord Ayyappa. These steps are an integral part of the pilgrimage undertaken by devotees at the Sabarimala temple in Kerala, India. Each step represents different aspects of spiritual growth and self-realization.
